All Prices include sales tax. In order to be exempt from paying sales tax, please obtain a recommendation for therapeutic massage from a physician. An example would be: “I (doctor) am recommending (patient’s name) receive ongoing therapeutic massage to help manage their medical conditions.” A recommendation must be received yearly. Some physicians are willing to send this recommendation via email.
